DON'T GO IN THE WATER!

DON'T LET PETS PLAY OR SWIM IN WATER THAT HAS COME FROM, OR BEEN EXPOSED TO STORM WATER. IN ADDITION TO DEBRIS THAT MIGHT BE HIDDEN UNDERNEATH, THESE WATERS COULD HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO RAW SEWAGE, GASOLINE, AND OTHER CHEMICALS THAT CAN HARM YOUR PET. IF YOUR PET COMES IN CONTACT WITH STORM WATERS, BATHE THEM IN CLEAN WATER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

STAY SAFE!

EVEN IF YOU DON'T NORMALLY CRATE YOUR PET, YOU SHOULD OWN A CRATE, AND PRACTICE WITH THEM IN IT FREQUENTLY SO THEY FIND IT A SAFE AND COMFORTABLE PLACE.  IF YOU EVER NEED TO EVACUATE YOUR HOME, STAYING IN A SHELTER, HOTEL, OR WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY CAN BE MUCH EASIER WITH A PET THAT CAN BE CRATED SAFELY.
PBRC HOPES THAT ALL OF OUR FRIENDS, HUMAN AND ANIMAL, WILL BE SAFE DURING THE EAST COAST STORMS.

IT'S FIVE O'CLOCK SOMEWHERE

PLEASE NOTE: NO DOGGIES WERE PERMITTED TO DRINK ALCOHOL FOR THIS PICTURE. ALCOHOL CAN BE POISONOUS TO PETS, AND THEY ARE VERY POOR CHOICES FOR DESIGNATED DRIVERS.
